Los Angeles, CA Hard Money Lenders
Los Angeles, CA hard money lenders have been doing business in this very famous city for years and years. It’s one of the largest cities in the world, and the place just wouldn’t be the same if it weren’t for the many contributions that Los Angeles, CA hard money lenders have put in there.
When it comes to Los Angeles hard money, these lenders really only require one thing: real estate. If you have any property (land, buildings, commercial, residential, whatever) to speak of, then you qualify to at least negotiate or to even just start talking to a lender about a possible deal. Credit checks, backgrounds, these things all vary from lender to lender, and you’ll find that there’s a pretty disparate set of hard money lenders in Los Angeles out there.
With hard money, rates, interest, fees, penalties, these things are all up for grabs, all open and put on the table to be talked about; it all depends on how you and the lender hash that out. There are a number of lenders that you can talk to in this area, and if you’re interested, it’s highly recommended that you talk to one of these persons directly, as policies and practices will vary from lender to lender. You’ll find that lenders often are operating as an individual, on an individual basis. In fact, most private lenders are actually only introduced by way of a friend or family member, and the same goes for commercial hard money lenders.

I am in need of a relatively short-term loan (90 days) of $10,000. I am due a very large sum of money in February 2011 but need to get some things in order before then. I propose a 15% return on the loan ($1500 negotiable) and can make payments of $300-$500 monthly, with the full balance paid by the end of February 2011. Please, only serious parties respond, as this is a legitimate proposition. I will of course provide verification of impending funds for balance repayment upon request.
