    The above is pure fiction! Stock was just voted “Most Miserable City” for the second year in a row! The city government is on the verge of bankruptcy. Most consider Stockton a dying city. Many of the bigger industries have already left. Do your own research. Yes, I have lived in Stockton for the past 15 years.
