PHONTRONICS SCHAUMBURG
Friday morning 10am only 2 tellers and no management onsite. Several customers waiting in line. Why am I still banking here?

Terrible tellers. After waiting 5 people in line she tells me I filled out my slip wrong. She wouldnt fix it because thats not her job. Told me to go to the table and fill out another 1. kill yourself. Grab my checks, cussed her out and left.

Drove in middle of snow from one branch I guess recently was closed by TCF. Was cutting it close but got there at 3:58 or just tad before 4pm which is closing time on Sundays. I completely understand it\'s cutting it close, but all 4 tellers had their drawers closed out and wouldn\'t take my business deposits. Terrible customer service, as a retailer I know you NEVER close early or right as the clock turns. Based on other reviews not surprised, this branch is a reason why TCF is reaching for that 5th star. Avoid this branch if possible.

Arrived a minute after official closing. They would not help me. Three tellers standing around literally doing nothing but chit chatting. Rude when asked if they could please make an exception as I had raced there to try to make it. The service and disrespect has prompted me to write this review and to close out my accounts with TCF. I\'ve never had a bank be so unhelpful. One minute.... really.
