George T. Constantin brings more than 25 years of experience in profit oriented real estate investment to his role as founder and chief executive officer at Heritage Realty Services, LLC. Since founding Heritage in 2005, Mr. Constantin has grown the privately held firm to include more than 400 million dollars in assets with properties throughout New York City, Westchester, and Washington DC.

Prior to founding Heritage, Mr. Constantin was the founder and managing director of the Institutional Realty Advisory Group at Helmsley‐Spear Inc. During his 20 year tenure, Mr. Constantin’s real estate advisory and investment services focused on profit oriented management, leasing, marketing, acquisition, and sales programs for commercial properties owned by his investor groups and clients. Mr. Constantin represented major global names such as AGIP Petroleum, Credit Angicole, M&T Bank, Maryland Casualty Company, Zurich Insurance, and several of the most prominent high net worth investors.

From this foundation, Mr. Constantin developed a broad integrated management platform of local market knowledge, extensive network of resources, and proven staff with the skill set to effectively manage premier real estate assets.
