I have searched with a ton of lenders and Roy Franco and his team made it easy fast and approved us over all other competitors. I tried about 10 other company's and nothing compared to the level of service plus the lowest rates and the highest loan amount myself and wife are truly blessed to have found Roy at New American Funding. Really bad experience with this company. Some of the staff who are working there are very unprofessional especially someone named Roy. He is the worse person to work with. He is very unreliable and can’t take any of his words. Regret this experience and won’t recommend it to others.

I was amazed at how smoothly everything went. I called in for a refinance on our home. Very nice lady named Toni called me back with a rate and what they could do for us. We refinanced, pulled cash out and were able to get a lower rate, go with 15 year and get the cash we needed. The entire process was 5 weeks from the initial call, we signed at our home and had funds next week.Very honest company and they will be upfront with you. They also service the loan. Very happy and would recommend before going to bank.
