Although they started out quite differently; Tim started as a loan officer in 2002 and quickly worked his way into management. He has held many different management positions in the mortgage industry; from being a regional sales manager for one of the top 10 lenders in the country covering a 5 state region to his true love of being a loan officer helping consumers achieve their goals of home-ownership. Samantha started in the mortgage industry in 2002 as a loan processor. She then worked her way into loan originations and branch management. Samantha has been regarded as one of the best loan processors in Arizona. In 2005, Tim and Samantha managed a branch with First Finance for 5 years and grew the branch to one of the top branches in the state of Arizona. The Wikoff's have been together for 10 years and married for 7 years. Together Tim and Samantha raise two handsome boys with five core life values.
