Stuart Enterprise is amazing! I’ve never dealt with a better lender, this was my first flip project I was so new to This process, I wasn’t to sure what to expect. I spoke with SEVERAL lenders like lending home, found that flip, storm field and Thats just to name some but not all.When I got in contact with Stuart Enterprise I didn’t have anything ready, I didn’t have a house under contract, I didn’t even know what house I was looking at but i wanted to call and introduce myself and my idea as well as the game plan to start flipping . They walked me through everything I needed and boy did I ask a lot of questions. They where out standing , they had answers and patience with everything I threw at them! Then when I finally got a house under contract they funded the deal within 2 weeks! Not to mention the first week was pretty much me getting my paper work in order.
