A week ago, we closed an escrow for our first home. We had a stiff deadline from the sellers to close the escrow in less than 30 days and i thought in these days, it would be impossible to accomplish this ..especially with loan approval contingencies .... Raffi changed the whole perspective and believe it or not, Raffi Bekmezian helped close our escrow in 18 days...yes its just 18 days....we were faster than full cash buyers :).He also designed the loan product for us so well that it covered all of our closing and pre-paids and still competitive rates.....no one could match the rate on zillow and I didn't have to pay anything towards closing other than the reminder of the down payment....I can't think of anything better than what he did for us....i was just WOW at the close of escrow......I would personally recommend Raffi to anyone and he's just the best in the town....

Raffi and his team are truly the best at what they do. As you could imagine with home loans there is quite a bit of paperwork and language that could be hard to go through and understand as a first time buyer but they were always ready to help and make things clear and easy. They were in constant contact with us through our purchase and our questions and emails were answered almost immediately. When its time for me to refinance or purchase again I won't have to shop around, definitely coming back to Raffi!
