A fine credit union, but the last two ATMs theyve installed have eaten and immediately shredded my cards. No problems with the new one yet...

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and decided to take the day off from work to open couple bank accounts and Yency refused to help me because she said that was going to take about two hours and she didn’t have enough time! I was so disappointed👎

Holy f%*k Lidell Montague needs to be fired ASAP, came in with some questions on a saving and checking accounts and then started pitching me a savings account that made no sense for my every day needs. Then opened my new account with my last name wrong and didn't give a corrected debit card and said it will be mailed in two weeks when he could have one gave me a corrected one right there and then since they have the machine inside. At the end he was being way too sarcastic and made me wonder how he has job treating customers the way he does.I still like Patelco but man it's hard not to make a scene when your treated this way.
