I’ve been a landlord for a number of years, but I think it is time that I started investing in real estate to sell on, as it seems like far less hassle. I’m looking for some advice regarding financing these deals in order to be successful.

If you are looking for quick, uncomplicated money and are happy to put up one of your properties as collateral, then a hard money loan is probably the way to go for you.

You could simply ask your bank for a commercial loan, but if you don’t feel like that’s an option for you, then try and find investors who will provide you with the finance for a sizeable return on their investment.

Get a plan together to present to potential investors. You’ll find a lot of people out there who are willing to invest as long as someone has a good business plan.
