Very friendly staff. As far as BBT goes I feel it as a company has grown alot over the last few yrs of my family being a customer of theirs. Had some bloops couple of yrs ago but has all been updated, security measures I feel are top notch!

I normally go to the branch in Anniston, but I was in Carrollton so I stopped at their branch. To make a long story short my service wasn't friendly and my money was put on the counter and not my hand. First time dealing with this.
