Closing on a refinance with Fairway tomorrow, which is my 2nd time working with them. From someone who did mortgages for almost 10 years, I can honestly say that these guys are the best in the business. I will never go anywhere else for financing.

Every single person I came into contact with at Northpoint Mortgage was wonderful! They answered every question, offered many options, and completely made our first home buying process flawless! Shea Neely at the Henry County location was the perfect person to work with! He responded to every email or phone call within a few hours! I could not have asked for a better company to work with! The entire Northpoint team was great, Jim Smith is a real life super hero. He’s knowledgeable and responsive, making our money work best for us, and educating us on the details that matter. From pre-qualification to closing, it was all handled like a pro. We even made a big last minute change and he crushed it without impacting the closing date! Exactly who you want on your team at the perfect time.
