Teresa helped my husband and I in obtaining our first home mortgage in 2015. The process proved difficult for a variety of reasons outside of her control, but she went above and beyond, even driving me to a neighboring town 30 miles away to talk to an IRS representative about tax transcripts (as I didn\'t have a way to drive that day). She continually advocated for us to her superiors. I cannot say enough about the quality of service Teresa provided. Academy Mortgage, the company she works under, left some to be desired as they were very picky about paperwork and wouldn\'t give alternatives in situations where they were warranted, so that would be my only complaint. Again, that was outside of Teresa\'s control and she worked hard to find a solution. We did close on our house, and things turned out fine. If you want a kind, thoughtful person representing you in getting a mortgage, Teresa is the one.
