I would definitely look into other options. We were accidentally sent an internal email. It was extremely demeaning and proves exactly how much Guild does not value their customers. I was appalled that someone would speak about their customer in such a manner even if it was supposed to be behind closed doors.

Extremely poor customer service and communication. I Started working with Guild on April 26th. I submitted the requested documents to them and never received a reply. I called two weeks later and was informed the file is \\\"on the desk\\\" It is now almost two months later and I have yet to hear from anyone from Guild Mortgage company.
