Terrible customer service. People that work there have no idea what they are doing. Been banking at that branch for 27 years. Ever since the switch to bmo they have gone downhill quickly. I would never recommend this bank to any one.

Have opened 4 accounts here, love being walking distance to our home. Canu has opened them all and helped me set up my apps on my phone and taught me how to use everything. Pleased with the service!

The hours suck the people talk to much to the people they know that others can not get their own banking done. I get being friendly but they need an express line.They only are open 3 hrs on Saturday when their other banks are open 4. Whicj I think all should be open 5 at least.
