We have been originating loans in Chicago and Suburbs since 1986. Over the last 30 years we have closed over $250,000,000 in loans. We have helped homeowners participate in the American Dream through homeownership, and worked with Investors creating Wealth and Cash Flow through Real Estate Investing.

Today we focus on Private Money Lending by providing equity-based loans for Commercial and Investment real estate transactions. We want to work with Proven Real Estate Owners, Investors, Developers and distressed property investors to create profitable real estate ventures through investment property loans.

We fund both residential and commercial business property transactions. Our focus is primarily non owner occupied residential properties (1-4 units). We fund rehab loans for single-family homes, condominiums, commercial and multi-unit buildings. We can also fund loans in the following states, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida and Texas. We fund real estate loans from $50,000 to $5,000,000.
