Horrible service, a lot of miscommunication and playing the blame game. For every document there were about three to four times where we had to re-send document due to their organizational structure and misplacing of documents, or not even checking their inbox. We were threatened to have the loan cancelled and lose our earnest money due to the fact that they could not comply with the deadline timings. I was harassed on the phone every twenty minutes to send documents scanned right away, keep in mind that reading and signing and scanning docs take time while I am at work. If you guys are looking for a smooth transition, this is not your place. However, Anil made it work; his staff is completely incompetent.

Awful experience with them. A bunch of scammers. The closing cost you'll eventually pay is almost DOUBLE the initial bill. EDIT: It's funny all of the 5star reviews are themselves (just look at the submission time. 3 reviews within 12-hours after my initial comment!).

We had nemerous problems and HORRIBLE experience with this private broker, named Anil. He is a scam. He did not comply with our signed mortgage agreements and committments, and was intentionally wasting loan delivery time and pushed us right to the last minute to charge us more and more. Suddenly 2 days to closing, he doubled the closing costs and added an origination fee which he keep saying was supposed to be 0. He did not even provide us with cost and monthly payment details. 24-hr before closing, I didn't know how much I was going to pay. We requested $100K loan, but he changed it to 140K a few days before closing without even notifying me. He incurred us very serious damage and loss and finally didn't deliver the loan and 24-hr before the closing I had to borrow cash with difficulty and close with cash. Just avoid him.

Being a first time home buyer my husband and I were quite intimidated about the home buying process. We got Anil's contact from a family member and never looked back. Our home buying process was actually quite short to the typical time frame (30-45 days) we only had 23 business days between signing of the contract and closing. They were quick and efficient we were able to close on the day we had listed in the contract. We did not have to push back the closing date. Anil was very patient and answered all of our questions any time of day. I would highly recommend Anil and his team to anyone from first time home buyers to veteran home buyers.
