Everything about my experience working with Valentina (and Ericka!) was wonderful. She came through in a pinch when my "family" bank failed completely at the last moment. It turned out she had a lower rate and lower closing costs than they would have provided anyway. She is highly knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and clearly experienced. With the exception of the real estate agent who partnered us with her, I have not met a professional in any other profession with the level of expertise and professionalism as her. It was a true pleasure to work with her and I hope to do so again.

I had originally planned on getting a mortgage from my primary bank, but working with Homespire Mortgage was better in every possible way. Apart from beating out my primary bank by almost a full point, they also offered credit on top of that. The positives don't stop there though, buying in DC is so competitive that there's no time to delay in generating your offer and securing a loan. I couldn't even get in touch with my bank, while Valentina from Homespire was in constant contact with me even during the late evening hours, ensuring that I had a successful offer. Without Valentina I definitely wouldn't have the home I have today, can't thank or recommend Homespire enough. Thanks again, Valentina!
