I had the horrible experience dealing with Bryant Mason of Mid-Atlantic Financial. Please be aware, this guy claims to be a direct lender but brokers funds. His "under writing" consists of him trying to shuffle your folder in front of other lenders while he tells you his "Team" is working it and he will be funding it with money he directly manages. Blatant liar, not someone worth doing business with.

Every investor has his strengths and weaknesses. Every success story starts with finding the deals (my strength) but most end there due to inability to find funding (my weakness).
