ACC Mortgage

Just closed my first loan with ACC Mortgage. I called over 20 different lenders and only 2 of them said they could do it. It was an ITIN (no visa or work permit), 12 month bank statement program. It was a quick onboarding process, the interface is user friendly, and they were FANTASTIC in regards to communication... My fear with some of these Non-qm lenders is that they'll just go dark on your for days, putting everyone in a panic, wondering if they have the capital to fund. That was not the case with ACC. They were very professional. I had the pleasure of working with Maureen Goudge, account executive, and Delnettia Betts, account manager. They are solid. I can't speak to some of the negative reviews I've read, but, take a look at BofA and Wells Fargo reviews... Most people have bad experiences with lenders, and it's not always the lender's fault. I had a good experience with ACC, and the most important thing is, they closed the loan. They can perform.

The most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. From the owner Robert S to his side kick Jan Wedding, this company soaked our money and misleads so many consumers. They will steel your entire life savings that you may have put into your home. And soak you dry in attorney bills to fight them. When I called repeatedly for a balance of what was due after my records clearly showed paid in full, they made up numbers and threw our home in foreclosure. When we got our loan our credit scores were way over 700 and by the time this company drained us of every cent and threw our home in foreclosure we had no time to refinance with a legitimate conventional lender. Their predatory lending tactics to the average hardworking family is disgusting and this company should be ashamed of themselves. I truly don't know how this owner sleeps at night and I have found zero professionalism with this lender. Run fast and far from these crooks. With all of these complaints, there is sure to be a class action law suit and hopefully very soon. The owner and vice president said on the phone that my calls were a desperate last cry for help and said deal with our attorney and slammed the phone down instead of speaking to a customer who they stole tens of thousands of dollars from. The most insensitive lying unorganzied misleading company i have ever encountered. They should grow a conscious with all of the complaints on line and at least try to make resolution. But I for one won't hold my breath. RUN FAR or do nothing with this company without considering an attorney. This company has personally put my family through hell and back to the point that it has affected my husband's failing health that they single handedly created. I can't stress enough to do your homework.

Worst mortgage company I have dealt with in my entire career. They make Quicken (Rocket) look professional. Don't send a purchase here, it will never close. Nobody at the company cares either, really sad. Do yourself and clients a favor and run from this place.
