My husband and I worked with Mike Arvold and he was INCREDIBLE. Our pre-approval was so easy and straightforward. I would text him any time of day asking what the monthly payment is on different houses my husband and I were looking at... Mike literally responded from a vacation he was on in Mexico! Top service. He worked out a down payment we were comfortable with and low interest rate that allowed us to purchase our DREAM HOME! He also helped after the fact coordinating our first mortgage payment.

Had a very difficult situation with the property we were looking to purchase. After being declined loans from bigger banks, Sales manager Tony walked us through the process. He helped get us the best rates and improve our credit score. Tony went above and beyond, we were set and done within 3 weeks. This made it possible for us to purchase the home we WANTED! Would recommend to anyone searching for mortgage needs.
