As brother and sister principle’s of Carolina Capital Management, Bill Fairman and Wendy Sweet have a combined 35+ years of Conventional Real Estate Sales and Finance Experience.

Bill was one of the few that successfully made the transition from residential to commercial lending and was assigned the duty of hosting the company’s half-day seminars teaching residential mortgage professionals how to underwrite commercial loans. Having spent the vast majority of his time on the wholesale side of the mortgage industry, he has had a unique opportunity to be involved in literally thousands of mortgage transactions, and thus has seen almost every type of scenario play out, both good and bad, giving him a unique depth of experience in the real estate investment space.

Wendy has been lending money to investors since 2001 as both a conventional lender and Hard Money lender. Wendy is also a 35 year licensed real estate broker in both Carolina’s. She combines her selling knowledge with her long time lending expertise in order to provide top-notch service to her borrowers and investor lenders. Together with Bill, she manages a real estate fund for accredited investors in addition to brokering loans for those with money to invest. Wendy is also a 35 year licensed real estate broker in both Carolina’s.

Their goal is to guide and assist like-minded people to build their wealth allowing them to impact the lives of family, friends and community by building wealth through a proven lending model in the Carolina’s while providing strong returns for real estate investors.
