Where do I start? Only 5 stars?, I would have given them 10! The entire Investmark Team was amazing from beginning to end. This was my first real estate deal ever and I was referred to them by another mortgage lender. We recently did our first Hard Money Loan through Investmark Mortgage. Investmark was very helpful and supportive and answered all of our questions and steered us in the right direction very quickly throughout the entire loan process. They made our first Hard Money Loan a very pleasant experience. I can't think of anything they could have have done better. I strongly recommend them and intend to use them again in the future.

Just completed our first transaction with Investmark and everything was smooth and easy. They closed when they said they would and there weren't any surprises along the way. Mike answered all my questions that I had and gave me three profitability worksheets at different prices so that I could get an idea of what I could potentially make. I'll definitely use them on my next flip and highly recommend.
