Investing in hard money loans was initially a bit outside of our comfort zone, but getting 10% returns on investments in secured Texas real estate where the borrowers always have skin in the game made this decision an easier one. We've been very happy with the entire process in each investment and highly recommend the team at DHLC.

DHLC is a rip off company! They tied me up in a 12mo. term loan on my new home with a 20% interest rate. And within a years time they tried to foreclose on my house! I am currently fighting them in court to protect my home!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!! You will be in for a lot of heartache!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would! They are modern day swindlers and loan sharks packaged as a nice helpful company!!! LIES!!!! ALL LIES!!! They have completely taken advantage of me!!!!

Be very CAREFUL with these guys. They will make you promises and once you sign those documents they will completely RIP you off. These guys should not be in buisness the way they do there clients. These guys are PREDATORS!!!

Steer very clear of DHLC! Any other option available is the only way to go. I WAS personal friends with one of the employees until we went in on a business deal together involving an investment property that she was losing for whatever reason. The deal was facilitated through DHLC. We used my name and my credit because “she needed someone she could trust”. BIG BIG MISTAKE! Long story short, 12 months later the property is in foreclosure and my credit that I have worked so diligently to establish and protect is now ruined! Do not make the same mistake that I did. If they were the last lending company on earth and I knew then what I know now, I would choose to remain homeless! I plan on filing any grievance/report I can to make sure others don’t fall victim to their lies and false promises. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because 0 stars wasn’t an option! They are crooks!!!
