I had been looking to sell my house for a handful of months and was contacted by Gerael after having been on one of CARLILE Realty's mailing lists. After our initial phone conversation and subsequent meeting, it just felt like the right fit. The whole process from the initial house viewing, aiding in getting my yards in order, the swift listing, the professional (and awesome!) pictures, was seamless. He was professional, honest, thorough, kept me apprised of all the details, had great communication, and got my house sold for exactly what I wanted, and in a month! In 2018, I made the decision to sell my house after ten years of ownership, and had a goal of selling it in 2019 as part of closing a chapter. Personally, I have several real estate agent friends who offered their services but I chose not to work with them simply to avoid any potential or unexpected conflicts and/or possibly damage any friendships. I knew that I wanted an agent that I felt comfortable with, one that would represent me with my best interest at the forefront since my primary agent that I had all my trust in had retired, and moved out of state.I started researching several agents and happened to check out an open house that was around the corner from mine out of curiosity. Here is where I first met Gerael Jones, lookin' like an Abercrombie model. I ended up carrying a lengthy conversation with him, probably annoyed him the entire time. I have a tendency to talk a lot when I haven't had conversation in a long time. Haha!When the new year came, I invited Gerael to stop by my house to see it. He gave me his sales pitch on why he's the best to work with, but what I saw out of other agents was the effort he made into expressing why I should choose him. He sold himself, his confidence, not his sales experience in my eyes, and there was something about him that made me feel comfortable to invest my time into working with him.Fast forward to present, my house has just sold this week and as far as my experience with Gerael...he's okay, I suppose. I'm just kidding, he's great. Haha!Me on the other hand, well...I'm still cleaning up my ugly cried out tears from the emotions of saying goodbye to my home.

When it comes to good deals he seems to do it right - he found me this one in the oft-overlooked Del Paso Heights!Now with extra cash from this deal I feel like the Czar, on the first of each month dining on crabcakes and caviar.
