Char was absolutely fantastic! Getting a mortgage while buying a new home could be stressful and complicated, but thanks to Char it all went smoothly and calmly. Jennifer Walker, our broker at Stearns, is terrific . She is a smart, informed and caring person, an expert who always worked hard to find the best possible way to help us. This was proven repeatedly throughout our several meetings, as conditions changed in our search for a home. Jennifer remained available, flexible, prompt and helpful at all times. I think our experience at the Closing really summed it up. During this lengthy meeting, involving dozens of signatures on an equal number of documents, never once did her attention wander from the task, making sure every thing was correct.
