Shelter Mortgage has been in the Southeast since the late 1980's, until 2013 they operated under the name Fairfield Mortgage but they adopted the parent company name in 2013. Same great folks, just a name change!

He actively watches mortgage markets to assist his clients in knowing the best time to lock into an interest rate and helps them find dips in those rates.
