Using our platform, borrower’s request financing to buy land starting at $150,000. LandBridge then funds the investment using our own capital and money from our institutional partners. Investors purchase notes representing fractions of the loan received monthly payments.
Our team carefully reviews and examines loan requests to ensure that LandBridge offers only high-quality investments. LandBridge then manages servicing of the loan on behalf of borrowers and investors. Borrowers make monthly interest payments on their loan, and investors receive real-restate secured dividends on a monthly basis.
