I loved SWBC untill they sold my loan, something they said thay would not do. Its in the fine print aparently and dosent matter that they used that as a reason I should use them over other lenders with better rates.
They also calculated my escrow wrong for the first 9 months and I had to call and explain the math to them so they could send me a check and then another after they were still wrong.
