Matt, Brian, and Ryan were great to work with. They were constantly in contact with us and made it a smooth and easy process. We were able to get a hold of them at any time and if not, they responded within a mere matter of moments. For anyone looking to purchase a home I would highly recommend Kalamazoo Mortgage. Everyone there was kind, patient and worked hard to help my family buy our first home. Rochelle was our primary point if contact and she was patient with our questions, thorough in her explanations and kind each and every time we spoke with her. First time home buying was TERRIFYING but it was great to have a team of people who made us feel like we weren't just a number or a "sale."
