I use this bank as a secondary bank for my banking needs. Friendly staff that is generally fast with your transactions. They have a coin machine and do not charge members to use and deposit in your account. Wow a bank actually counting money and not having the nerve to ask members to pay fees to do the most basic roll of a banker. Thank you!

Staff is great. Always courteous and helpful. The place is always clean and well put together. The reason for the one star is the ATM. This branch is the closest to my work and most convenient, but I refuse to use the ATM. I do a lot of cash deposits. It is more convenient for me to drive an extra five to ten miles out of my way to use an ATM that does not require me to fill out any deposit envelopes.

I called because I had a question regarding a loan that I was interested in getting. I talked to a clerk named Michelle. She was very helpful with answering all of my questions and gave me advice on when would be the best time for me to try and what I should do so that I can the best rate. She was very helpful and I really appreciate the great service!
