I absolutely love working with Randy. On this specific transaction my clients were working with another Real Estate agent from another company and had a horrible experience. They were referred to me by a friend and wanted to ask me a couple of questions. I was able to win them over. The next hurdle was the right lender. My entire time working with Chris and his team at John Adams Mortgage was amazing! He by far was able to offer me the best rate compared to the other two companies I had spoken with. Once I decided to use Chris for my mortgage everything moved smoothly and quickly. Chris always told me exactly what I needed to do, and the online system they use is super user friendly. Any questions I had for Chris we answered in less than five minutes which was awesome! His mortgage coordinator Jamie was also great and always kept me up to date on the status of my mortgage. Chris is located in Metro Detroit and I am in Grand Rapids, which at first worried me but the distance did not matter at all, everything was seamless. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking for a home mortgage, especially first time home buyers like me!
