After my mortgage financing fell through with the large bank that I was a member of, my realtor suggested that I contact Scott at Kaye Financial. Not only did Scott know the right way to present my husband's (open-ended contract) employment to the underwriters, but he was consistently working nights and weekends to accommodate our schedules and get the paperwork rushed through. He was always very open about what was going on and let us know right away if anything was needed. Absolutely would recommend him to anyone that is looking to secure a mortgage but has an unusual income situation.

If you need a mortgage, Scott Orhan from Kaye Financial is the one to call. He is honest, knowledgeable, and understanding. We have used him for all of our mortgages throughout the years. All three transactions were amazing. He explains everything so well and there are no hidden surprises. Also he handles the transaction from start to finish. You won't be getting calls from people you never met. Also if you have a question, you can call him anytime. Scott is the best and I recommend him to everyone I know.
