They are the best, responsive, informative and easy to work with. I refinanced my home, got a great rate with the terms I was hoping for. They kept me informed and let me know what the next step was along the way. We closed much sooner than expected. I have recommended them to friends and family, and would use them again.

Im still stuck in a process and dont know whats going on due to long response time with mrs Rachael she was contacting my very well in the beginning now i feel like im getting scammed or something i dont whats going on very loss guys

Communication with this lender is THE WORST I have ever experienced. If customer service is important to you I would NOT recommend Michigan Mutual. Anytime you have a need to speak with someone by phone be prepared for long hold times, multiple transfers and leaving voice messages that do not get returned.
